What are the sessions like?

When booking with Uyen, you are entitled to receive either Remedial massage or Myotherapy which share the same ITEM CODES for Private health claims. Please let us know if your private health policy have two separate credits for RMT and Myotherapy so we can assist with hicaps and payments. Any offered discount will be made at time of visit.

Initial Consultation - 60min

All first-time-clients to Myo Means Muscle must book this tab on booking portal.
Discussion about client's complaints and goals.
Dry needling or cupping and treatment plan may be advised and discussed.
Overall body assessment & soft tissue work on 1-2 areas including but not limited to the neck, shoulders, mid, lower back, hip, arm, or leg etc.
A follow up appointment is recommended.

45min

Soft tissue work on 2-3 body areas including but not limited to the neck, shoulders, mid, lower back, hip, arm, or leg etc.
A combination of dry needling/cupping and massage may be delivered.
As part of a treatment plan
As part of client's self management routine.
Relevant discussion and advice.

60min (standard session)

Up to full body and more detailed soft tissue therapy.
A combination of dry needling, cupping and or massage may be delivered.
As part of a treatment plan
As part of client's self management routine.
Relevant discussion and advice.

90min & 120min

Available on booking page.
More detailed work throughout body
