Through applying pressured and rhythmic touch, muscle energy technique, joint mobilisation and stretches, etc.; and receiving feedback from you and your body (i.e.: pain with light touch, pain with deep touch, active and passive movements, or even falling asleep, etc.), the therapist may predict and develop a strategic treatment plan that is appropriate to you. Overtime, we want you to move better and feel better.
Certain clients with chronic illness and body pain may find the significant benefit of hands-on soft tissue therapy. For clients with no health complications, having a good massage is a perfect occasional gift for the mind and body.

Depending on your state of mind and body, different approaches of using the needles may be applied (i.e. in and out, static, fanning, multiple or few entry points, eliciting a twitching response, etc.). Dry needling may be done alone or in conjunction with massage and cupping.
Dry needling helps reduce pain, improve range of movements; and significantly improve muscles imbalance when combined with corrective exercise, as a long term goal.

Certain clients who present with increased stiffness and tension might find cupping beneficial. In this case, cupping is used as a strategy to help relax and reduce pain in the superficial soft tissue layer, stretch and improve blood flow to the surface. That then assists the therapist with deep tissue work and improves the body region thoroughly as an expected outcome.
Cupping in general helps restore overall energy balance and improve body relaxation.

We accept HICAPs claims on the spot, eftpos payment, cash, gift voucher, third party payment, etc. HICAPs claim on the spot is subject to change, certain terms and conditions may apply, please check your private health policy should any issue arise.
